|Baby potatoes, cut into half||680 ~ 900||g|
|Black pepper||to taste|
- Fill up a medium saucepan with the potatoes and water 2 inches above it.
- Bring the water to boil and reduce the heat to simmer water. Add salt and cook for about 20 minutes or until tender.
- Drain the water and add the potatoes back into the pan. Add garlic, butter and parsley.
- Stir with wooden spatula while mashing the potatoes.
- Serve while hot.
