Ingredients
| Butter | 3 | tbsp. |
| Baby potatoes, cut into half | 680 ~ 900 | g |
| Parsley, fresh | 65 | g |
| Garlic | 3 | cloves |
| Salt | 1 | tsp. |
| Black pepper | to taste |
Directions
- Fill up a medium saucepan with the potatoes and water 2 inches above it.
- Bring the water to boil and reduce the heat to simmer water. Add salt and cook for about 20 minutes or until tender.
- Drain the water and add the potatoes back into the pan. Add garlic, butter and parsley.
- Stir with wooden spatula while mashing the potatoes.
- Serve while hot.
