Ingredients
Promex butter, divided | 4 | tbsp. |
Fresh jumbo shrimp, peeled and cleaned, tail left on | 650 ~ 900 | g |
Garlic, minced | 4 | cloves |
Salt | 1/2 | tsp. |
Pepper, freshly ground | 1/4 | tsp. |
Sweet Paprika | 1 | tsp. |
Lemon juice, fresh | 2 | tbsp. |
Herbs, freshly chop | 2 | tbsp. |
Directions
- Prepare the shrimp by patting it thoroughly with paper towels.
- Melt 3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over high heat. Add garlic and stir for 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, salt, pepper and paprika into the mix.
- Cook the shrimp for 2 minute per side.
- Pour the remaining butter, lemon juice and fresh herb into the skillet. Stir until the shrimp is completely pink and opaque.
- Remove from heat, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve while warm.
