For Brownies :
Brownies premix | 510 | g |
Vegetable oil | 100 | ml |
Water | 50 | ml |
Eggs, large | 2 |
For Butter Cake :
Butter cake premix | 400 | g |
Butter, softened | 200 | g |
Eggs, large | 4 |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place brownie premix, water, eggs and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl, mix until well combined (with wooden spatula or hand whisk).
- Divide the batter into the loaf pan and bake at 170°C for 20 minutes.
- Place butter cake premix and eggs in a mixing bowl. Mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Add in butter and mix at low speed for 1 minute or until batter is light and fluffy.
- Spread the butter mixture over both of the brownies and bake at 170˚C for 55 minutes.
