Ingredients
For Pastry :
Ready made puff pastry | 850 | g |
FOR CUSTARD :
Eggs, Large | 100 | g |
Milk | 400 | ml. |
Sugar | 100 | g |
Water | 250 | g |
Custard flour | 2 | tbsp. |
Vanilla extract | 1/2 | tbsp. |
Directions
FoR PASTRY SKIN :
- Cut the ready made pastry puff skin.
- Press to the mold.
FOR GLAZE :
- Mix all ingredients to blender and blend for 30 seconds.
- Heat the saucepan and cook the blended ingredients.
- Pour into the mold, filling the mold over ¾ full.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180⁰C
- Ready to serve.
