New Zealand Grass-Fed milk is produced by cows that spend on average 97% [1] of their time outside on grassland and enjoy 96% [2] of their diet on grass.

Promex Cook & Bake is highly-versatile to be used across a wide range of culinary applications. It is easy to work with thanks to the soft texture which is ideal for incorporation (dough and batter) and creaming.
Promex Cook & Bake produces aromatic fragrance plus the ability to maintain a fluffy structure is perfect for making variety of cakes and pastries such as savoury pot pie, layer cake, scones, pancakes and vanilla cupcakes.
The smoking point of the mélange is also higher making it ideal for cooking. Our favourite dishes include Murtabak, sautéed mushroom, salted egg chicken and roasted turkey with rosemary.
