据统计，全球牛奶奶源中只有 10% 来自草饲放养系统 [3]，乃是珍贵奶源。
草饲牛奶的益处
牛奶富含钙质、优质蛋白质、维生素 A、核黄素 (维生素B2) 和维生素 B12。
我们奶牛的食物高达 96% [2] 都是新鲜的牧草。草饲牛奶所含的共轭亚油酸 (CLA) 浓度比一般牛奶高出 2 至 3 倍 [4][5] 。CLA （conjugated linoleic acid） 是一种存于乳脂中的多元不饱和脂肪酸。
纽西兰气候温和，奶牛全年平均 97% [6] 的非挤奶时间都在牧场上沐浴阳光，因此草饲牛奶中的维生素 D 含量自然更高 [7][8]。

Promex 金黄色牛油的秘密
Promex 纽西兰草饲牛油不含任何添加色素，呈天然金黄色。这源自于奶牛所食用的牧草拥有更高的β-胡萝卜素，因此所产生的奶制品也拥有相对高的β-胡萝卜素 [9]。
每公斤牛油需使用约 25 公升的草饲牛奶制造。通过搅拌与离心分离技术，牛奶乳脂肪里的油和水将分离，形成天然的牛油。
