Ingredients
Scallops | 450 | g |
Butter | 2 | tbsp. |
Olive oil | 1 | tbsp. |
Sea salt | 1/4 | tsp. |
Black pepper | 1/8 | tsp. |
Directions
- Prepare the scallop by patting it thoroughly with paper towels. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
- Melt butter and olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Wait for the fat to start to bubble.
- Add scallops into the pan and cook 2 minutes per side. The scallops should only be flipped once.
- Remove the pan from the heat and serve immediately.
