Ingredients

| Shredded mozzarella | 225 | g |
| Finely ground almond flour | 55 | g |
| Cream cheese | 2 | tbsp. |
| Garlic powder | 1 | tbsp. |
| Baking powder | 1 | tsp. |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Garlic, minced | 1 | clove |
| Parsley, freshly chopped | 1 | tbsp. |
| Parmesan, freshly grated | 1 | tbsp. |
| Marinara, warmed | to taste | |
| Salt | to taste |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 204°C and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a microwave-safe bowl, add mozzarella, almond flour, cream cheese, garlic powder, baking powder and a large pinch of salt. Microwave on high for 1 minute or until cheeses are melted. Then, stir in the egg.
- Shape the dough into a half-inch thick oval on baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic, parsley and Parmesan. Brush the mixture over top of the bread.
- Bake for about 15 to 17 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slice and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
